Design and Access Statements

In order to support a planning application, a design and access statement will now have to be produced. It needs to should show that you have thought about how everyone will be able to use the places you want to build. This includes disabled people, older people and very young children.

Statements will include a written description and justification of the planning application. Very often photos, drawings and maps will further illustrate the points made. Statements are simply written to enable everyone to see how you have arrived at the particular design chosen. They do not need to be long, but the amount of detail they contain will reflect how complex the application is.

WPDare very experienced in putting together such statements, in a manner that supports the planning application.
